Your business email, dug out. I sort the flood: bills and important mail labeled and kept, junk cleared out, and marketing senders unsubscribed at the source — all under rules we agree on first, and nothing is ever permanently deleted on day one.

Yes. Your website and your domain are in your name. The monthly plan covers hosting and my work keeping everything updated — if you cancel, you can request your site files and take them anywhere.
Never. You add my business email as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. You remain the owner, your password stays private, and you can remove my access at any time.
Yes — as an add-on. For $100 one-time I organize your inbox: important mail (bills, customers, receipts) labeled and kept, junk moved to Trash — where it stays recoverable for 30 days — and the worst marketing senders unsubscribed so less junk arrives. We agree the rules before I touch anything, and protected senders (your bank, your bills, anything legal) are never deleted. You give me delegate access in Gmail, so your password stays yours and you can revoke access anytime. Want it kept clean? Keep-It-Clean is $25/month.
Yes — as an add-on. For $150 one-time (plus $25/month upkeep) I publish a full Spanish version of your site alongside the English one (at /es/), translated and reviewed by a native speaker, with an Español button at the top of every page. Because they are real pages — not a translate widget — Google can show them when Spanish speakers search for what you do in your town. The upkeep covers mirroring: every change you text me later goes up in both languages on my regular update days, so your Spanish site never falls behind the English one.
Yes — the Page Fix is $100 one-time: correct phone, hours, services and photos, the right contact button, a pinned intro post, and a Messenger auto-greeting that answers the basics instantly. Access is through Page access you grant and can remove anytime — never your password. Want the page kept active? The Post Bank is $50/month: four posts a month from a bank you approve, scheduled ahead. Posting only — I don't personally monitor or reply to comments and messages; those stay yours. The auto-greeting from the Page Fix is different: that's Facebook answering automatically, set up once, with nobody watching the page.

We run it in request mode instead: your calls still get answered, and the caller's name, what they need, and a few times that suit them are texted straight to you — you call back and lock it in yourself. The lead gets captured either way, and your routine doesn't change. And when a follow-up comes due — a quote you sent, a callback you promised — it lands on your Google calendar too, with the customer's name and number, right next to your jobs.
